Specimen Oncinopus neptunus Adams & White, 1848
Labeled as "Oncinopus subpellucidus Stimpson, Port Jackson [Australia], gift of the museum of Sydney 244, Haswell type 1882". RBINS INV. 116808. The identification and the nomenclature have been updated by C. d'Udekem d'Acoz on 02.12.2016. Illustrations of Oncinopus neptunus by Adams & White, (1848) and of Oncinopus aranea by De Haan (1839) were used for re-identification. There are about 10 specimens in the vial. These specimens belong to a batch of crustaceans received by RBINS and abusively registered globally as topotypes. the type locality given by Adams & White (1848) is "Hab. Mare Mindorum" [i.e. Philippines and not Australia]..

Specimen Ozius truncatus H. Milne Edwards, 1834
Labeled as "Ozius truncatus M. Edw., Ins. Woodlark, topotype, Haswell 1882". RBINS INV. 113675. The glass includes one male specimen. The type material of H. Milne Edwards (1834) came from Australia. Woodlark Island is actually an island situated, east of Papua New Guinea. Hence it is abusive to consider this specimen as a topotype. At first glance the identification of the specimen seems to be correct (d'Udekem d'Acoz, observation made on 02.12.2016). Maybe the locality is erroneous.
